We forget so easily

It's amazing how we forget so easily that what we are dealing with is nothing new. We've done this before. And here are the pictures comparing the early weeks with Cole and Bevin to prove it.

We forget...
That we burped them




And let them sleep on our chests



And stared at them, wondering "Why on earth won't you sleep?"

    I totally understand. I keep reminding myself (especially when Zach took off his diaper and pooped on the floor the other day) that we have successfully taught toileting to a boy before, and that we will be able to do it again. The problem is that, with the boys being so far apart in age, we forgot. Everything is new again.
